Your approved installation scope has fixed pricing from start to finish, with no hidden fees or additional costs within that scope. Financing is available through Financeit, subject to approval and the lender's terms.
Central air conditioner or heat pump?
A heat pump looks like an air conditioner outside and cools the same way, but it can also heat your home. No ductwork?

A straightforward replacement is usually completed in one day. New installations, line-set changes or electrical upgrades can take longer; your proposal explains the timeline.
What size air conditioner do I need?
It depends on the home, not only the square footage. Insulation, windows, sun exposure, ductwork and the number of floors all matter. We size the system for your home rather than matching the old unit.
Do I need to replace my furnace at the same time?
Not always. If the furnace is in good condition and compatible, we can replace the A/C alone. We will explain if the furnace blower or indoor coil affects the decision.
Will the installation price change once work starts?
No. Your approved quote is fixed for the quoted work, with no hidden fees or additional costs within that scope.
