Per-unit proposal costs depend on the agreed equipment, installation scope, existing conditions, and design requirements. We provide project-specific estimates; we do not use a single assumed price for every building.
HVAC consulting and fire-separation considerations.
Climate Experts provides consulting on fire-separation considerations within multi-dwelling projects. We discuss the relationship between the proposed HVAC work, equipment locations, ductwork and piping routes, and the fire separations identified for the building.
We coordinate the mechanical scope with your builder and the project’s responsible design and approval professionals so the relevant requirements can be addressed as the plans develop.
Choose a system around the property.
Our capabilities include furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, ductless systems, boilers, fan coils, hydronic heating, ventilation, and water heating. We can also discuss electric boilers and air-to-water heat pumps where an all-electric approach suits the project.
The proposal can consider separate unit needs and the requirements of the building as a whole. Equipment selection follows the scope and budget established with your team.

For properties with several systems, maintenance coverage is quoted around the equipment enrolled. The residential Maintenance 365 base price is not a blanket price for an entire apartment building.
