What is included.
Our boiler installations include the controls, circulator pumps, pump isolation valves and copper ProPress piping. Dirt separators, expansion tanks and make-up water packages protect the system and are recommended where needed. We are an authorized IBC and Navien dealer and also install Aquamax indirect tanks and Stelrad panel radiators.
What can add to the price.
Venting and chimney
High-efficiency boilers vent through PVC or stainless; an orphaned water heater may need a chimney liner.
Zoning
Adding zones with thermostats for different floors.
System cleaning
Older systems often need flushing, a dirt separator or radiator valve work.
Snow melt or in-floor heat
Glycol loops and controls are quoted by design.

A combi boiler is compact and makes hot water on demand. A boiler with an indirect tank suits larger households with several bathrooms running at once. We size the option to your household.
Can I keep my old cast-iron radiators?
Usually, yes. Modern boilers work with cast-iron radiators, and lower water temperatures can improve efficiency when radiators are sized well.
How long does a boiler replacement take?
Most residential replacements take one to three days depending on piping, venting and zoning.
