Authorized IBC dealer
IBC boiler dealer in Pickering — hydronic heating for Toronto & Durham
Climate Experts plans IBC boiler systems for radiator homes, in-floor heating, hydronic air handlers and custom-home projects across Pickering, Durham Region and Toronto. We start with heat loss, water temperatures and zoning so the boiler and the distribution work together.
IBC equipment: compare the system, not just the badge
These manufacturer-published families are a starting point for a proposal. We confirm Canadian distributor availability, the exact model and capacity, and the equipment we recommend for your home before ordering.
SL Series G3
Climate Experts compares the smallest active zone with the boiler’s minimum output, then checks the water temperature needed by radiators, floors or fan coils. For a home that also needs an indirect cylinder, we size the storage and recovery separately and plan how the boiler changes between heating and tank calls.

SFC-1 Superflow combi
Climate Experts checks two separate requirements for an SFC combi: the heating load and the hot water used at the same time. We compare the published flow at a realistic winter temperature rise with your fixtures, then review recirculation and whether storage would better suit long or overlapping draws.

EBX electric boilers
Climate Experts checks the available electrical service and supply voltage before selecting EBX. The same model delivers less heat at208V than at240V; we compare that available output with the heat loss and planned water temperature, and size any heat-pump backup arrangement around the actual shortfall.

Choosing IBC for your home
IBC boilers support projects where the distribution system matters as much as the boiler itself: cast-iron radiators, in-floor heating, hydronic air handlers and snow melt. In Toronto renovations, we assess the retained piping and emitters before choosing the new heat source. A large boiler is not a substitute for a balanced system.
For a custom home, we plan zones, water temperatures, controls and domestic hot water together. An electric boiler requires an electrical-capacity review; a gas boiler requires suitable fuel and venting arrangements. We explain the system options before mechanical drawings are finalized, including how service access and future maintenance will work.
Before equipment is ordered
We review the heating and cooling requirements, installation access and service space. The written proposal names the equipment, controls and agreed work.
When the installation is complete
We commission the system, explain the controls and maintenance, and document the applicable registration and warranty details.
IBC warranty: parts, equipment and labour
Coverage depends on the exact equipment, Canadian certificate, installation and registration. Parts, heat exchangers, equipment replacement and labour are separate benefits. Read the family-specific terms above; our written proposal identifies the coverage for your selected system.
Current IBC offers and rebate planning
Manufacturer promotions change by model, location and dealer participation. Ask us to check any current Canadian offer against your exact system and purchase date; we show confirmed eligibility and expiry dates in the written proposal.
This dated manufacturer offer has ended or has not yet started. Contact us for current Canadian offers.
For heat-pump projects, review Ontario rebate planning before purchase. Program eligibility is separate from a manufacturer promotion.

IBC questions homeowners ask
Can one IBC boiler serve radiators and in-floor heating?
Potentially, with a design that supplies the water temperatures and flow each circuit needs. We plan zone controls, pumps and any mixing arrangement around the emitters.
Why does the boiler’s minimum output matter?
When one small zone calls for heat, an oversized minimum output can cause short cycling. We compare the boiler’s modulation range with the smallest likely heating demand.
Is an EBX electric boiler the same as an air-to-water heat pump?
No. EBX is electric resistance heating. A heat pump moves heat and has different efficiency, output and installation requirements. We compare electrical capacity and running-cost assumptions before selecting an all-electric approach.
Can you review the hydronic design before my renovation drawings are final?
Yes. Early consulting covers mechanical space, zones, piping, domestic hot water, controls and service access, helping the system fit the building and budget.
What is included in a IBC installation quote?
The quote identifies the selected equipment and controls, installation scope, applicable warranty and any confirmed rebates. Tell us about comfort problems, planned renovations and access restrictions so those needs can be assessed before the scope is agreed.
Can you maintain my IBC system after installation?
Contact our Pickering service team for maintenance planning. The visit and schedule depend on the equipment, its condition and the manufacturer’s requirements. Maintenance 365 options can be reviewed with the specific systems you want covered.
